Reloaded 0.3 re-released

After much delay this version is ready. Significant changes have occurred and many improvements. This package is in good shape to begin the port to Fedora Core 4 (XBOX!). Really needs some impartial external  testing so have a go and let me know what you find. Post up the /root/errors_only.txt file if you have any problems. Make sure your machine can get to the net before starting!

Follow the links on the front page for installation instructions. Make sure you run through the reloaded:config wiki pages (configuration link on the frontpage) for the components you want to use. Lots of important/useful information here.
